$50 at Trader Joe’s

Hey y’all!

By this point you are probably well aware of my obsession with Trader Joe’s. It is definitely my grocery store of choice.

I am a firm believer that at Trader Joe’s (TJ’s from henceforth) you get the most bang for your buck for really good, fresh products.

The TJ’s in Nashville, like most I have found, has a nightmare of a parking lot, but if you can emotionally prepare for it, it’s so worth it!

Also, this was a very rare trip in which I didn’t buy a bottle of wine, but I could have bought a bottle and still been under $50!!!

Organic Vanilla Soy Milk (1/2 gallon) $2.99

Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt $2.99

Kale (10 0z.) $1.99

Baby Spinach (6 oz.) $1.99

Canned Goods

Traditional Fat Free Refried Beans $0.99

Refried Black Beans with Jalapeño Peppers $0.99

Garbanzo Beans $0.79

Whole Kernel Corn $0.89

Fresh Produce

3 Sweet Potatoes (@ $0.49 each) $1.47

7 Bananas (@ $0.19 each) $1.33

Frozen Fruit

Frozen Blueberries $2.49

Organic Acai Puree Packets $4.49

Organic White Quinoa $3.99

Cauliflower Florets (12 oz.) $2.49

Condiments and Spices

Crushed Red Chili Pepper $1.99

Sweet Chili Sauce $1.49

This food haul lasts for about a week, with the addition of things like produce and meat. I love Trader Joe’s and definitely can stretch my money the furthest here.

What are your go-to picks from Trader Joe’s?
